Hello everyone!
Until now I've been posting about natural (homemade) skin, hair, etc. care. But we also have to take good care about what we eat/drink, not only what we use as beauty products, because this also reflects on our "outside" as well as on our "inside" : we feel better, more energized, the skin looks brighter, etc.
For all this we need to detox our organism, and spring is a good time to do that because we can find all king of fresh vegetable and fruits.
So let me present you some green smoothies recipes, a great meal for your breakfast that will make you feel better all day and not least look better.
1. Green smoothie made with lettuce leaves:
- 2 bananas
- 3-5 lettuce leaves
- 2 sweet apples
- 1 liter of water
This is a smoothie for beginners, based more on fruits than on green leaves. Is a great way to begin loving green smoothies! :)
2. Green smoothie with spinach:
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 banana or you can use honey
- 2 apples
- 3-4 spoons of lemon juice
- 2 cups of water
3. Green smoothie with parsley:
- green parsley
- green dill
- spinach
- oranges
- radish leaf.
All you need to do is mi all the ingredients in a blender until everything is minced very well.
If you want you can add ice cubes.
Basically you can use a lot of green leaves and all sorts of combination.
The IMPORTANT thing is not to mix to many ingredients in one smoothie!
